In both the commercial and industrial sectors, Fleming Mechanical Services manufacture stainless steel kitchen canopies. All canopies whether pre-designed by specifiers or designed by our technical staff meet the highest industry standards set out in the Heating and Ventilation Contractor's Association Specification DW/171. Our Jagair® canopies may be manufactured in many formats from simple pot wash extract to more complex models, which not only remove cooking odours and heat from the cooking area but replenishes the space with conditioned supply air ensuring a comfortable and efficient working environment.

Lighting and additional specifications can be incorporated into our canopies as required. Our engineers work meticulously with architects, specifiers and clients, understanding needs and requirements to produce a turnkey solution to any kitchen ventilation application. Fleming Mechanical Services design, manufacture and install supply and extract ducted ventilation systems, including systems with fire-rated duct work if required, to serve our canopies.
